Jill and her husband Craig founded Renaissance in 1991. Jill took over the company reins as Chairwoman of the Board after the passing of her husband Craig in 2020, Renaissance became the largest female-owned construction company in Arizona, a major differentiator for the organization and a milestone for the Southwest construction community. As Chairwoman of the Board, Jill facilitates the long-term strategic planning and risk mitigation for the company. Jill leads with their initial legacy in mind, for the love of construction, always putting the client first and creating the environment that offers growth from within.

Chelsea Porter is well respected in the construction world as she has worked hard to establish herself within the community for the past 11 years, working her way from the bottom up to her current role as the Executive Vice President of Corporate Communications for Renaissance Construction.  Currently Chelsea serves as the Past-Chair on NAIOP’s DL Steering Committee and the Ex Liaison on NAIOP Arizona’s board. She is also involved with NAIOP’s National Forum of Office & Industrial trends.  She is an established Developing Leader within NAIOP as she continues to lead and break the status quo for women in the construction industry. 

Dave Tilson is a well know and respected colleague, friend and mentor within the commercial real estate industry.  Upon graduating from high school in Holbrook, Arizona, Dave worked for the state of Arizona as a stake puncher on a survey crew.  Over the next 10 years there, he worked his way up however needed an engineering degree to advance his career further.  Dave took night classes till he graduated with his Engineering degree from Arizona State University.  Over the past 50+ years he has worked in various construction roles as well as a developer for 10 years, which then brought him to Renaissance in 1998.  22 years later, Dave retired however as he was unable to sit still Dave rejoined Renaissance going back to his true passion, business development where he can develop and foster relationships as the Vice President of Business Development.

Frank joined Renaissance Companies as a Laborer in 1996 and now serves as VP – Business Development. He has over 27 years of experience in the construction industry. Frank has worked in various roles in the construction field as a laborer, foreman, superintendent, project manager and more. Frank understands constructibility, schedules and bidding in a highly detailed manner, which has allowed him to predominate the business development sector of construction. He enjoys working on complex and challenging projects and believes that communication between the Owner, Architect and Contractor is critical to a successful project. One of his greatest accomplishments has been working with and building a great team – one that can manage through good times, as well as the bad times. Frank believes the success of a business depends on the quality and performance of its people.  

David holds a BFA from Detroit’s premiere art school, Center for Creative Studies. His lifelong interest in the arts and continued technical learning has framed his extensive creative 3D background of combining the “art” of design, construction, and the “art” of fabrication into today’s construction technology frame of utilizing virtual construction to it’s extreme. David joined Renaissance in 2017 working on the 3D MPE BIM model for the new Ball Manufacturing facility located in Glendale, Arizona. Following the completion of the Ball Project David went directly into the design build PreCon phase of the Rauch Redbull facility also located in Glendale, AZ. Today, David is actively working to realign Renaissance’s construction process workflow utilizing his years of database and construction experience as well as leading the pre-construction team in utilizing technology to create efficiencies in the construction process.
