The 495,048 SF facility located on 34.16 acres consists of load bearing concrete tilt-up concrete exterior walls and structural steel roof system. The building is comprised of a +/- 349,471 SF manufacturing area at 30’ clear, a +/-145,000 SF warehouse at 40’ clear, and a +/- 18,765 SF Class-A office. The building provides 133 parking spaces (including accessible), 135 future parking spaces, and 30 trailer spaces. The manufacturing area includes $3,500,000 of special foundations that support the state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment. The facility is cooled by a high efficiency 2100 ton water chilled adiabatic HVAC system. Power to the facility is provided by Arizona Public Service through a 12,470V primary service to the site. Water is provided to the by Liberty Water Company through a 6” line at a rate of 322,000 gallons per day. 288,000 gallons of waste is fully treated within the facility and is discharged into the Liberty sewer system.
