Renaissance Construction completed this phased 4-floor offie tenant improvement with CBRE for Gannett Media (Channel 12 News & AZ Central). The tenant improvement included open and private offices, break out areas, conference rooms, break rooms, private huddle rooms, and the relocation of a few server rooms. The various floors were completed in phases and after hours so Renaissance would not interfere with safety of staff and studio recordings.
