RRB Manufacturing is a state-of-the-art beverage manufacturing facility located on a 74 acre site in the PV303 corridor in Glendale, AZ. The 722,845 SF building consists of an approximately 20,000 SF 2-story office, 136,000 SF inbound warehouse, 170,000 SF production area, and 400,000 SF outbound warehouse all served by rail with covered exterior platform. The facility has a central cooling plant, boiler room, 90’ sugar silos, an industrial RO water treatment plant and a wastewater pre-treatment system. The structure is mainly concrete tilt-up construction with steel roof system and interior masonry walls dividing the main functions. The production area floor is finished in a porcelain ‘dairy tile’ imported from Europe covering the full 170,000 SF. The highly complex piping systems are stainless steel and were carefully coordinated through the use of BIM and other 3D software. The building is LEED Silver certified.
