Renaissance Construction completed The Container Store’s 23,345 SF major renovation of an existing retail standalone building at the Arrowhead Mall. The renovation includes removing the entire front wall and part of the roof structure. Renaissance built an entirely new store front wall adding 5 feet of additional lease space across the front and raised the structural height to accommodate the stores need for clear height. Renaissance added architectural stone components for massing on three corners of the building and new storefront and clerestory windows as well as the addition of a cantilever canopy. We removed the original equipment yard and built an enclosed truck-dock for deliveries and upsized the SES section to the building by adding a powerwall that in addition to being the SES also controlled all the lightning in the facility.
