The Shops at Gainey Village was coined “Scottsdale’s first lifestyle center” and was a design-assist that consisted of 4 building pads. Some of the major tenant improvements included Gardunos, a 16,000 SF Mexican restaurant, Thaifoon, a high-end Asian themed restaurant by Desert Island Restaurants, Bloom, a high-end modern American restaurant by Fox Restaurant Concepts, Via Veneto, Jager, and Bova, a contemporary furniture store.
